Come ready to relax and be creative. Retreats usually go from Wednesday to Sunday, but coordinated variations can be made with owner at booking.

Weekend Retreat:
Arrive on Wednesday at 10am and depart Sunday at 2:00pm. Minimum two night stay, all meals included.
Day Retreats:
Monday-Saturday. Arrive at 9:00am and depart at 9:00pm. All meals included.
Massage and or reflexology services available upon request.
Scissor/cutlery sharpening available upon request.
Free weekend for organizer/coordinator for groups of 25 paying customers or more.
Always a 15% discount in quilt shop for retreaters. Cash and check only.

Sunset Retreat is a 14,000 square foot, single level multipurpose retreat center.
Covered drive-thru entry, with rolling carts for guest convenience.
The great room boasts 2,500 square feet of space to work.
Each guest has 2 – 2x4 ft tables.
Comfortable, adjustable rolling chairs.
10-12 outlet power strip per two people.
Ample design walls.
2 – 8 ft. cutting tables and 2 – 8 ft. Ironing tables with irons provided.
The kitchenette area is complete with a full-size refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker for guest use.
On site Quilt shop (Open By Appointment Only)
Large dining room with fully stocked breakfast bar including waffle maker. Coffee, tea, water, and ice are always available. Sodas are available for a small fee.
A charcuterie board provided on the day of arrival.
Lunch and Dinner home cooked by staff.
Comfortable, cozy living room with TV/ DirecTV/ Roku. Magazines, books, and puzzles also available.
Patio with fire pit.
10 spacious bedrooms. Two are ADA compliant.
Each bedroom has ensuite and own thermostat.
Accommodation up to 41 guests.

Our Policies
A $200.00 non-refundable deposit per group is due at the time of booking. A $50 deposit per individual for an open retreat. Remainder of balance must be paid and registration form must be completed and submitted 30 days prior to scheduled retreat. Cash, checks, credit cards, and money orders accepted. No pets allowed. Smoking in designated areas outside only. 30 day notice required for all cancellations.
